Harmony Reads the Story:

I’m going to Disneyland Tokyo when my daughter has summer vacation.  I started to book the plane tickets and find the/a hotel that is convenient to get to Disneyland.

Then my friend told me Harajuku is where it is the most convenient to queue to buy Goros.  Goros are necklaces which are hard to buy that you must get to the queue very early. Plus, you can only buy one thing from the shop at a time. Wow! I was surprised by that. He told me its a story about Native American necklaces.

Retell the Story:

I’m going to Disney Tokyo on June, so I’m finding the hotel which is convenient to go to the Disney Tokyo.  I have no idea, so I asked my friend.  Then he told me that I could book the hotel in Harajuku, I asked him why he said the hotel not only convenient to the Disney, there is another interesting about the hotel, but also the hotel which is nearby a necklace shop. Then he said the shop is famous and  interesting because you need to make a long queue for buying necklace inside.  And you should get to there, have a look.

Now Goros is much more well known. It’s not easy to get them because you need to queue a long time.  If you don’t know about Native American culture, the staff will not sell you anything.

They have 4 conditioning, first you need to queue early.  Second, the staff will judged if you know their culture.  The third, you need to buy something before in their shop.  The fourth is you only can buy one piece every time.  They have a queue time, maybe 7-9 am, in this time whatever how early you get there the staff always need to rate them on the 4 conditions.  Then they rearrange the queue.  Therefore you need to know the 4 conditions, or you will go home and waste your time.

“Go home empty handed”: to leave somewhere with nothing.

Ex:  I went shopping today, but came home empty handed.

Feather:  a part of a bird that keeps them warm.  Used a lot in Native American jewelry and culture.

Ex:  A feather is the most used in Native American culture.
