Amancio Ortega is the owner of Inditex. Inditex is a group of fashion brands, being ZARA the most important one. The headquarters of the chain are in A Coruña, a city located in the northwest of Spain. There the company has its biggest distribution center. The second more important one is located in Shanghai.
Ortega started from nothing. He had a dressing gown small shop. Now, his company has more than two thousand shops in the world with more than ten thousand employees and he is competing with Bill Gates for being the most richest man in the world.
