Vocabulary

canvas – a special kind of paper used for painting.

take a break – to stop your work to rest for a while, then go back to work

thick – hou

eg: “The water color paper is thicker than normal paper.”

thin – opposite of thick

eg: “I always draw on thin paper.” “I drew pictures on thin pieces of paper.”

hobby – your interest, something you like to do, not usually work.

eg: “My hobby is illustrating water color fashion pictures.”

I went to shanghai from 2008. about nine years. My job is window display. Last week and this week very busy. Today I went to the Shanghai exhibition center. about window design and some designer. always about design. because in college i studied this and i love it. and my interest is water color illustrator on paper. we have the different company and we know from the wechat in a group. I did an illustration for loreal.

Correction –

I came to shanghai in 2008, about nine years ago. I am a window display designer. The last two weeks I was very busy. Today I went to the Shanghai exhibition center on middle yan’an road. There was an exhibition called “Design Shanghai” about window design featuring some well known designers. I wanted to become a designer because in college I studied this and I love it. My hobby is water color illustrating. I did a paid illustration for a company in 2014.
