Vocabulary

Pro (n): 1- an advantage to or a reason for doing something.
E.g.: One of the big pros of living in Madrid is the night life.

Con (n): 1- a disadvantage to or a reason for not doing something.
E.g.: One of the cons of buying a bigger car is that it costs more to run.

Slave (n): 1- person who is legally owned by someone else and is forced to work for that person for no money.
E.g.: Black slaves used to work on the cotton plantations of the southern United States.

Slavery (n): 1- the activity of having slaves or the condition of being a slave.
E.g.: Slavery still exists in many parts of the world.

Temporary (adj): 1- something that happens only for a limit ded amount of time.
E.g.: She has managed to get a temporary residence permit.

Norm (n): 1- a rule 2- the usual way of doing something.
E.g.: It is part of Europe’s varied cultural, political and ethical norms.

Grammar

I always don’t. – I never do.

Maybe the stress in the new company will be less than the current. – Maybe the stress level in the new company will be lower than in the current one.

The percentage of salary increased will be lower. – The salary increase percentage will be lower.

I also  – I didn’t know it either.

If I was in my company I would like to get a promotion, but I would prefer to move to a new company. – If I were to stay in this company, I would like to get a promotion, but actually I would rather move to a new company.
