go hand in hand – you can not have one without the other.

eg: For Italians, noodles and sauce go hand in hand.

First of all I have extensive knowledge of digital advertising, media management skill, creativity, which gives me foresight. Allowed me to avoid some issues, helps me to management human resource, financial resource and time. For the team I think growing up is not only about myself, but also about my subordinates and I’m be good at finding the strength of my colleagues so I can help them growing up at the same time.

Correction –

First of all I have extensive knowledge of digital advertising, account management, and a strong creative background. Which gives me foresight into projects, allowing me to avoid some issues, helping me to manage  resources, budgets and time. Regarding teamwork, I think growth is not only about myself, but also about my subordinates. I’m good at finding the strengths of my colleagues so I can help them grow. Teamwork and growth go hand in hand.

As I mentioned,… I’m good at finding strengths, ….which helps reduce the turnover rate.
