Vocabulary

Consumerism – The belief that increased consumption of goods/services is beneficial for society and the economy. (e.g. I think consumerism is a problem in all countries but especially in developing countries because many untraditional holidays have become consumerist and only concentrate on encouraging people to buy things they don’t need.)

Atheist – someone who doesn’t believe in a god. (e.g. I am a atheist who believes in Science instead of a god.)

Easter –  a holiday that happens in April and celebrates Jesus’s rebirth (e.g. I still don’t understand why we eat chocolate rabbits During Easter.)

Dressing gown – something you can wear when you wake up or finish showering. (e.g. This year I will make myself a dressing gown out of silk.)
