F2F Class notes 8th June (Christian)

edited:In yesterday’s meeting, I learnt that most of the champions deliver their speech through their own experience and stories. You need to think about what you want to convey to your audience. Treat your audience as your friends, tell them the deeper thoughts and ideas in your heart. Only this kind of sharing can capture your audience heart rather just their eyes, to make them think deeper and get something valuable from your speech. Each person’s time is valuable, if they want to sit down, and give us several minutes to listen to what we want to say, please respect their time and consider what they want.

Convey: to show something using words, body language, facial expressions- to make an idea ,impression or feeling known or understandable to someone.

Can also be used as a word for transport. Eg The pipes convey water to my house.

affliction= something that causes pain or suffering

Eg This affliction is making my family life hard.

I havnt complete my work= I havnt completed my work

100=hundred

1000=Thousand

10,000= ten thousand

100,000= one hundred thousand

1000000= one million

It’s a very common thing= it’s a common occurrence- alternative way to say something happens a lot.
