Writing exercise

In My company, the Business strategy and relevant resources are pending, everything is changing but nothing changed indeed, that status is tiring and we are all tired.

There are many boring meetings planed consistently in every month, which get us bored.

The company in China is setup by two business unties, however, I feel annoyed because both of them are annoying, they never communicate with each other directly, they reply on me to do the communication. I think that is very strange, and cannot figure out what was happened between them before, I try to advise them start to communication with each other directly, but failed, it’s frustrating.

It makes me plan to find a new job as soon as possible, I have filled out my resume and actively hunting the job from some resources. In the meantime, I am learning more about my company’s offering to familiar with them for my potential interviews.

Edited

In my company, the business strategy and relevant resources are pending, everything is changing but nothing has changed indefinitely, that status is tiring and we are all tired.

There are many boring meetings planned consistently every month, which we are bored with these meetings.

The company in China is setup by two business units, however, I feel annoyed because both of them are annoying.  They never communicate with each other directly, they rely on me to communicate. I think that is very strange, and cannot figure out what had happened between them before. I try to advise them to start to have communication with each other directly, but failed, it’s frustrating.

I plan to / I’m planning to  find a new job as soon as possible, I have updated my resume and filled out job applications and I am actively hunting jobs from some resources. In the meantime, I am reviewing my company’s reputation/experiences to familiarize myself with them for my potential interviews.
