A Letter to My Neighbors

Dear residents on the 2nd to 6th floors:

Please be advised that the area on the outside ground space, which is surrounded by walls in three directions and not covered on top, is actually a yard and a personal space, and not a public garbage station / area / dump.
Therefore, please stop throwing empty milk boxes, cigarette butts and other unidentifiable objects into it!

Throwing cigarette butts into my yard poses a fire hazard, especially when upstairs neighbors aren’t there to put them off by hanging their dripping clothes over them.

Believe me, such a method wouldn’t work at all if there was a fire.

It is 2016 and it really surprises me that such things still happen.
Stop it, immediately!
