Conventional – used and accepted by most people : usual or traditional

eg: Sogo is a conventional shopping mall.

connotation – the attached meaning to a word, how people often use it.

eg: The connotation of traditional is that it’s older and more conservative.

conservative – a person who believes in the value of established and traditional practices in politics and society

eg: People in Japan are conservative in their social lives.

liberal – not opposed to new ideas or ways of behaving that are not traditional or widely accepted

eg: American people are divided between liberal and conservative, about half each.

sociology – social psychology

eg: There’s a sociology theory called, “Broken windows theory,” which hypothesizes(guesses) that if a house is abandoned then it will be fine if nobody touches it. But if one person breaks a window on the abandoned house, then everybody will start to break windows and damage the house.
