A work of art you have seen
One of the most touching paintings that I have ever seen is painted by an old man, who is always very enthusiastic to live his life, although which sometimes is tough.
The painting is about a normal breakfast as usual, a plate of youtiao and shaobing, which taste is similar to fried bread, but crisper. They are the most presentative breakfast food in China.
From the painting, I see a scene. In an early morning, an old man goes out of his house to buy breakfast He talks with his neighbors about today’s weather. He goes back home and drops the breakfast on the table. Suddenly, he comes up an idea that he wants to paint this scene and keep this peaceful morning in his mind.

One of the most touching paintings that I have ever seen is painted by an old, wise man, who is always very enthusiastic to live his life, although/which sometimes is tough.

He talks/chats with his neighbors about the day’s weather. He goes back home and drops off/sets/lays the breakfast on the table. Suddenly, he comes up with an idea that he wants to paint this scene and keep this peaceful/quiet/tranquil/serene/calm morning in his mind forever.
