Acronym (n): 1- an abbreviation formed from the initial letters of other words and pronounced as a word
E.g.: The acronym SOP stands for Standard Operating Procedur

Investment (n): 1- an act of devoting money, time, effort, or energy to a particular undertaking with the expectation of a worthwhile result.
E.g.: People say that there’s usually more investment in research for treatments than for actually curing diseases.

Cure (v): 1- relieve (a person or animal) of the symptoms of a disease or condition.
E.g.: He was cured of the disease.


Q: How have you been?
A: I’ve been ______.
E.g.: good, great, not so bad, etc.

Q: What have you been up to?
A: Not much, just the usual.
