revive – to bring sth back to life / to give more life to sth
eg. i am trying to revive my plant as i think it’s dying
recover – to get better after sickness / injury
injury – to hurt a part of your body by working, playing sports etc (usually doesn’t involve blood / breaking the skin)
wound – an open cut that involves broken skin and blood
eg. the sportsman injured his leg so can’t walk
eg2. i wounded my hand whilst cutting vegetables
physiotherapist – a dr that helps to heal / fix sports injuries etc
eg. i went to see the physio last night
cofounder – the joint creator of a company
eg. i am the cofounder of SE
My hometown is situated in Dafeng, which is a small city located in the far South East corner of Yancheng. There is not a huge number / amount / quantity of people and the roads are pristine / well maintained / really good and not very congested, but do actually have bumper to bumper traffic occasionally. A family friend of mine immigrated / relocated / moved to Australia several years ago and built a family there. Based on what I know from her / what she told me / heard from her, Australia is a beautiful place where it’s commonplace for people to go to stay at a bed and breakfast (b&b) every few months. There are loads of ways to tell Shanghai and my hometown apart.
