back (sth) up – to make a copy of the file
eg: We need to back the files up before we reset the computer.
surgery – medical treatment in which a doctor cuts into someone’s body in order to repair or remove damaged or diseased parts
eg: I just got surgery on my knee.
take time off – to stop doing sth for a while
eg: I took a week off work.
deposit – money that you pay when you buy or rent something and that you can get back if you return the thing or leave it in good condition
eg: I don’t want to lose my deposit.
