But I insisted it, to the class over, and at that time my body is not healthy, because the work is very hard, so I decided to practice yoga once a week, actually the first year if I have any chance say no, i just haven’t go to practice yoga. I went to Bangalore joined a therapy retreat, I saw the different life and different people. There life in the moment, and so quiet. It let me feel better, so when I came back shanghai I practiced yoga every day. Actually after one years I finished my job/business. Then up to now every day I practice yoga 2 hours in the morning and my husband, my sister, my aunty, i think in my family they have 6 people joined yoga, now my young sister is a yoga teacher now. So it’s a different life, yoga have many types in the world, I chose Ashtanga yoga, has fixed poses every day. It let me feel strong.

Four years ago my friends introduced me to yoga. The first time I entered a hot yoga room sweat was pouring down my head. I couldn’t forget the heat and how hard it was. But I insisted on finishing it, and at that time I wasn’t healthy, because work is very exhausting, so I decided to start doing yoga once a week. Actually the first year if I had any chance to say no, I just wouldn’t go to practice. I went to Bangalore and joined a therapy retreat. I saw a different lifestyle and different people. They live in the moment, and so peacefully. It helped me feel better, so when I came back to Shanghai I practiced yoga every day. Actually after a year I stopped working. Up to now I practice yoga every day for 2 hours in the morning. And now my husband, my sister and my aunty, actually I think about 6 people in my family have joined yoga. Now my younger sister is even a yoga teacher. So it’s a different life. There are many types of yoga in the world, I chose Ashtanga yoga, which has fixed poses every day. It let me feel strong.
