zip-up sweater – a sweater than can be opened in the middle with a zipper

“I lost my zip-up sweater.”

hood – the top part of jacket that covers your head

eg: ” I don’t have a hood on this jacket.”

hoodie – a sweater with a hood

eg: “I wanna buy a new hoodie.”
