It is well known that there is a 2-8 rule in sales area .
I had a distributor one years ago which is my previous colleague left to me. He always ask for markets supports (money for markets)and discount ,complainingu a lot about bad economic situation. It is very hard to explain and convince him that everyone face the same situation. I also told him, it is Ok to give you a special discount, but it depends on the revenue you get . We can make a contract that if you hit the sales target ,I will give you spacial rebate。he just denied without any another reason or other good suggestion.
So I asked him to buy our products from my another distributor if he donot want to have any responsibility as a distributor.
