e.g. A friend of mine started a podcast and they talk a lot about China’s economy.

Correction 

You know I’m a salesman. The products for customers have been delayed for about one week. I have received many complaints from our customers. I have to find some ways to push my colleagues to get the products as soon as possible. So, I have been having a lot of telephone conferences with my colleagues and I have had a lot of telephone and email contact with them. The customer always has to contact you because you are his contact person. I have to apologise but apologising is not a good way to deal with the problem. Finding the solution is the most important. Customers actually dont want you to apologise, they just want you to have a good solution. The purpose is to get the product on time. They also dont want to complain but sometimes they have to complain.
