today is a bad day – today was a bad day (the thing that makes it a bad day happened earlier in the day; the day is almost over)

I’m having a bad day. (still ongoing)

I work home-based – I work from home

I don’t have the delegation to do something – I don’t have the authority to do something

to delegate v = to assign a task to someone else

E.g.
My boss has a lot of spare time because he always delegates work to others.

that’s what boss mean – that’s what being a boss is about

to go on a shopping spree = to go shopping for many things in one session

I haven’t went shopping for a long time – I haven’t gone shopping in a long time

country code = a number specific to a country, which we dial when we call a number in that country

staffs – staff

a member of staff = an employee

I don’t know where is he from. – I don’t know where he is from.

When English will be needed it will become crazy. – I get a bit nervous when I have to speak English.
