Vocabulary

Draw (v): 1- to choose a number, card, etc. from several numbers, cards, etc. without first seeing it, in a competition or a game
E.g.: I was dealt two aces, and I drew a third.

Activity (n): 1- something that is done for enjoyment, especially an organized event. 2- the situation in which a lot of things are happening or people are moving around.
E.g.: His spare-time activities include cooking, tennis, and windsurfing
E.g.: There was a lot of activity in preparation for the Queen’s visit.

Honeymoon (n): 1- a holiday taken by a couple immediately after their marriage:
E.g.: We went to Paris on our honeymoon.

Unprecedented (adj): 1- never having happened or existed in the past.
E.g.: This century has witnessed environmental destruction on an unprecedented scale.

Mindset (n): 1- a person’s way of thinking and their opinions.
E.g.: We have very similar mindsets, so we get along very well.
