Vocabulary
Subtitles (n): 1- captions displayed at the bottom of a cinema or television screen that translate or transcribe the dialogue or narrative.
E.g.: I watch movies with English subtitles to practice my English.
Co-worker (n): 1- a person with whom one works, typically someone in a similar role or at a similar level within an organization. 2- colleague
E.g.: My co-worker also studies at Smart English.
Synonym (n): 1- a word or phrase that means exactly or nearly the same as another word or phrase in the same language, for example shut is a synonym of close.
E.g.: “Co-worker” and “colleague” are synonyms.
Establishment (n): 1- a group in a society exercising power and influence over matters of policy, opinion, or taste, and seen as resisting change.
E.g.: People are tired of the establishment and want change.
Q: What do you do for a living?
A: I work with asset management.
