Vocabulary

I teach someone lose weight and building some muscle. If you are a new customer first we need find the weight and them, skin fat. We need know he before had disease. If when we understand we can arrange some different exercise for them. We need arrange trainer suitable them. If you very fat we can do some lose weight, if you want get more building muscle, we can  do some weight exercise. I think more gym similar equipment some schedule.

If we know their medical history we can arrange some different exercises for them. We need to arrange a trainer suitable for them. If you are overweight we can do some exercises to lose weight, if you want to build muscle, we can  do some weight lifting. I think most gyms have similar equipment.
