I didn’t know what “occasionally”［əˈkeɪʒnəli］ meant. It means now and then . For example, we all overindulge occasionally . I think occasionally travel to other countries is a good thing.
I didn’t know what “opposite” ［ˈɒpəzɪt］meant. It means being directly across from each other. For example,her house is opposite mine . She is standing on my opposite way.
I didn’t know what “upon”［əˈpɒn］ meant. It means on . For example,he put the toy upon the table. I don’t know how you look upon this matter.
I didn’t know what “particular”［ pəˈtɪkjələ(r)]meant. It means a small single part of a whole. For example, the situation in a game in particular is very worrying . He interested in insects,and beetles in particular
I didn’t know what “scab” meant. It means the crustlike surface of a healing skin lesion
. For example, the area will be very painful until scab form after about a long time. A scab had formed on his leg.
I didn’t know what “flick” meant. It means pluck . For example, he flick his cigarette out the window . Tom flick off the TV.
I didn’t know what “enormously” meant. It means very large . For example, my English have improved enormously.
