At the moment I am working at DSV Air and Sea as an assistant airfreight manager.

Currently, we are preparing to hand over UTI business to DSV. But due to lack of manpower, we are continuing to handle all UTI business.

I am in charge of UTI’s operations and customer service of worldwide trade lanes, which means that with the exception of Europe, North, Central and South Americas, all other destinations are my responsibility. Our current cargo volume is about 450 tons and 600 shipments per month, (which keeps me engaged every day) / so I am very busy everyday.

I joined UTI in 2002, as a junior operations staff member. From there, every 2-3 years, I was continually promoted from Operation Supervisor to Senior Operation Supervisor and finally to Assistant Airfreight Manager. During this time, I gained a lot of experience in Operations and Customer Service. I even have handled lots of special cargoes, such as high value, temperature-controlled, charter service etc. (et cetera) and I also oversaw the shipments of numerous VIP clients such as HTC, Flex, Dow Corning, Estée Lauder, GE and Triumph.

I would really like this opportunity to advance my career, learn more and grow with this company.
