Vocabulary

You will find out the hard way, that You can’t be late anymore.

learn from someone else’s mistakes

Heirloom – a very old object kept =, often kept in the family for generations

eg: We have a few family heirlooms, my great grandmother saved them.

humble adj. – to act like or say you are just a normal person and no better than anyone else

eg: He was very humble when he accepted the award, and said that maybe other people deserve it more.

arrogant – to act like or say that you are so great, that you are better than others

eg: Donald Trump is not smart, he’s just arrogant.

inherit V – to become owner of something, usually because someone died or left that position

eg: He inherited a lot of money when his grandpa died.           He spent his inheritance (N.) on a new home.
