A documentary about Alibaba
I saw a documentary about Alibaba yesterday, which talked about the development of the enterprise from the very beginning to now. At first, Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba, bended over backwards to try to persuade his clients to accept his business, but the result were always negative. At the same time, they were lack of money for operation. It was the most tough time for them. When their business became thriving, the fraud in its sales team brought a hug negative affect to the enterprise. Finally, two of VP were dismissed, which showed the attitude of Alibaba about facing such a serious problem, comparing with other Chinese companies, who always deny or hide their mistakes.
Jack Ma’ first thought of his business is to help the middle and small companies to sell their good all over the world by Internet, which lasted to now and they still insist this principle, prioritizing their clients.
It is a respectable company, and to some extent, it changed the world. Insist on their first thought and win the battle. Internet companies loss his success easily, and Jack Ma said Alibaba will exist 102 years, let’s see.
