transplant =
heart transplant = a medical procedure during which a healthy heart is transferred from an organ donor to a patient.
implant = a medical procedure whereby an item which is normally not found on the receiving patient is put in place.
if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it = if something isn’t broken, there is no reason to interfere with it.
heck = a euphemism for hell
E.g.
What the heck is going down here?
stupid => thick => dense
disaster => partial success
imminent = something which is about to about to happen very soon
on the side = in addition to
E.g.
I have my regular 9 to 5 job, but I am now looking for something else I could do on the side.
to moonlight = to have a nightjob
E.g.
Christopher found his job as a policeman boring, so he decided to moonlight as a security guard.
recently =/= soon
recently = near past
soon = near future
