referendum = a decision made by the population
eg the UK just had a referendum to leave the EU.
exchange rate= the amount of money you get in exchange for a certain currency
derby= two teams from the same area play each other.
eg when manchester utd play man city its a local derby.
manufacture = to make or create something
eg: I have my electric cigarettes manufactured in China.
