Most of the employees concern this big change will be happen because this change turns out a bad result such as reorganized action which will cause employment termination / unemployment.  We will care about the effectiveness of the business, so we will fire some employees. In our company, we conduct a cause named Change management. It means you need face all changes in every state or in every period. But, as you know, most of the employees face the mortgage and take care of their family members it’s cruel as a member of human resources we need to face this kind of problems everyday. It’s make me a bad mood. Most of the employees do not know this decision before

In our company, we conduct a class/course named change management. It means you need to face all changes in every stage/state or in every period. But, as you know, most of the employees have a/pay the mortgage and take care of their family which is cruel. As a member of human resources I need to face these kinds of problems everyday. This puts me in a bad mood. Most of the employees do not know of this decision beforehand.
