- If you have an intern at work you have to look out for them.
- Make sure they don’t get hurt
- Make sure they have eaten lunch
- Make sure they show up on time

Eg. We had a fight, but I’m over it. = I’ve forgiven them.
Eg. I wanted coffee but now I’m over it. = I am no longer interested.
Sophisticated (so – fis – tih – cay – tid): (adj) a way to describe something that has good taste/ is of good taste./ elegant/ gorgeous./ classy.
- Good manners
- Good fashion
- Well educated
- High quality.
Eg. In the olden days all women wanted to be called sophisticated.
Eg. The room was filled with sophisticated furniture.
We are rarely communicate with each other – we rarely communicated…
Landscape: the type of land in one area.
- Desert
- Mountains
- Valleys: between two mountains.
Specific: exactly.
Eg. I love food, specifically I love Mexican food.
Eg. We made a trip specifically to go to the consulate.
Consulate: the official office of a foreign country within a country.
Eg. We went to the US consulate in Guangzhou.
Attractive: something that you are drawn to/ something that is desirable.
Published: when some writing is posted in a famous magazine/book.
