When they come gym, if he or she is my personal member I will require she do something for example we exercise 1 hour but exercise before I will the personal member do some aerobics almost 20 minutes because the aerobics let he relax or just stretch.

When they come to my / the gym, if he or she is my student / customer I will require / need them to do something for example we exercise for 1 hour but before exercise I ask them to do some aerobics for almost 20 minutes because the aerobics makes them relax their whole body’s muscles and warm up
