i hope the MD department to pay more attention to the progress following – we feel that it is really important the MD departments….. / if the MD department could ….. i think that would make a big difference

eg. if you speak in vague terms, people won’t understand you.

in the part portion (part) we can see a breakdown of the remaining 22% of….the largest part being Assortment mgmt which is at 16.3%.

PCB has been very stable since January this year, which is a great result, and we’re very pleased with the progress for single discontinuation as it has decreased from a high of 6%, down to 1%, with Price discrepency remaining stable at around 3.5%. This is as a result of ___________ which is a little out of our control.

In April as you can see there was a big spike in BOM discontinuation

To recap the action points for the main issues. Firstly if A would be able to communicate directly with the MD department regarding ___________ we believe that would make a big difference to the outcome in the future. Another option would be to assign someone to oversee the whole process ….
