eg: “We had lobster for dinner last night.”
butter – huang you – a yellow substance made from milk, soft and creamy
eg: “I like to spread a little butter on my toast.”

eg: “You have to try the sushi buffet, it’s only 50 yuan.”

everyday – common or normal

Grammar
Me and sherry are going to dinner – (Grammatically inocorrect, BUT, Acceptable)
Sherry and I are going to dinner. – (Grammatically correct, formal)
Grammar Mistakes that are UNACCEPTABLE in English
I go to there – there is the preposition in this sentence, so we don’t need TO
He or She – My dad will visit soon, she he is very excited to come here.
eg: I will take him to the store, he needs to buy his new glasses.
Mine His or Hers – Shows possesion, (Ta de) means this thing belongs to him or her
eg: That car is his. His car is blue.
Him or Her – Used to describe the person,
eg: I will talk to him.
Singular or Plural – one eggs, two egg
eg: one egg, two eggs, three people.
