Phrases
To bust a rhyme means to say a rhyme spontaneously.
The phrase look at me now is something that is said to a person who underestimated you in the past. It implies that you have grown past their expectations. It truly means, “Look at all of the things I’ve done that you never thought I could do.” It’s important to remember that the person who underestimated you may have been yourself, so this phrase does not necessarily sound negative. For example, if I never thought I could get a college degree, after graduation, I can say “look at me now.”
The difference between tasteful and tasty is that the former implies a sense of style, elegance, and finesse, while the latter describes good flavor. The same can be said for artful vs artsy/artistic.
