what did you do at the gym?
I did weights, pushups and situps at the gym because I want to build muscle.

muscle = ji rou
muscley = lots of muscle
eg. he is a muscley man

my weight is 75kgs = how much my body weighs
I do weights every day = jian shen / exercise

work out = exercise
eg. I want to work out tomorrow at the gym, but I think exercise is tiring

tiring / tired
boring / bored 
eg. working out is tiring and doing homework is boring.
eg2. I am really tired today, and I was very bored at work today.
