today i got a new brief from a new client

duty free outlet group

it is huge store there are shops are

actually it far from city central , near shanghai disneyland

this is

i guessed because it is very far away thats why the client wants to build

because there land is very cheap, the village is very big, you can spend day on there.

lots of luxury brands on the shop.

I thought luxury stores havv more attraction for woman

i talk it with my husband, but he is based on mobile side.

Biggest challenge for the client for is far from city centre.

we thought it is a bigger challenge. the reason one is very far. the second reason is, if people can buy online why people go to offline shop.

we think client should find suitable business structure.

regarding a duty free outlet group conglomerate

it is a huge village that will contain many stores.

Actually there is a potential problem it is far from the city centre.

It is close to disneyland in Shanghai.

i guess because it,s very far away the client wants to build there as the land there is much cheaper, therefore the client will need less money to build the retail village, although the location is so far away that it is inconvenient for customers to get to. There isn’t even a subway! You would have to drive.

There are lots of luxury brands in the village, such as; Prada, Gucci, Coach, Fendi and so on.

I think luxury brands are more attractive to woman because woman always want to buy multiple items, after buying one or two pairs of prada shoes for example, we may decide we need a third.

Even though we buy multiple products we always think we need to buy more.

I talked it over with my husband, he is also in the advertising industry but his main focus in on the mobile technology side of things.

We feel the biggest challenge for this client is that it is an offline business.

If he were to focus on his online store less people would go to the physical.

We concluded that the client should find a more suitable business structure.
