Vocabulary

Food critic – someone who rates restaurants and writes reviews about their food. (e.g. When I was young I dreamed of being a food critic, so that I could just eat food all day every day.)

Cuisine  – a specific type of food from a specific place or people. (e.g. My favorite cuisine is Japanese.)

Portion – the measure word for how much food you have one plate. (e.g. There is only one way to eat at a buffet, you need to make sure you get the largest portion possible before sitting down.)
