Vocabulary
Used to: done or experienced in the past, but no longer done or experienced:
E.g.: I used to eat meat, but now I’m a vegetarian.
E.g.: I used to have dinner at 6PM.
(to be) used to (doing) something: 1- familiar with a condition or activity.
E.g.: We were used to a cold climate, so the weather didn’t bother us.
E.g.: I am used to having dinner at 6PM.
Thesis (n): 1- a long piece of writing on a particular subject, especially one that is done for a higher college or university degree.
E.g.: She wrote her thesis about Human Rights in Africa.
Nordic (adj): 1- belonging to or relating to Scandinavia, Finland, or Iceland.
E.g.: He’s a classic Nordic type – tall with blond hair and blue eyes.
Scandinavia (n): 1- a region of northern Europe that includes Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. 2- æ–¯å ªçš„çº³ç»´äºš
