I cooked a pizza once very successfully. First I prepared the ingredients and mixed them together, and besides flour I put yeast, sugar, salt, warm-water, and butter, and then I just waited for the dough to ferment for about one hour, and in the meantime I prepared some other ingredients, including beef, mushrooms, yellow-pepper, and cheese, because when the dough finished fermenting, I needed to put the food on the dough. One tip is if you want the beef to taste very delicious, you need to marinate it for 30 minutes.
Turn the oven on and preheat it to 230 degrees for 10 minutes. After, put the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes at 230 degrees, and for another 15 minutes at 180 degrees, because it will give the pizza more moisture and the bottom of the pizza won’t be so dry. If you always use the low temperature the taste is not so good / won’t be very good..
