Meet the demand/need/want.=$$ Giving them what they want. Meeting their desire.

eg. With yoga you have to meet the demand of the client.

Grammar

I have enough of my own free time.

I sleep in late and in the afternoon I spend time with my friends and go to drink or go to the movies.(native)

This is our second class it will take time to get used to each other.

In the weekend– On the weekend

Its my friend told me to go to yoga station to try first yoga class. My friend suggested I go to a yoga studio to try it.

After I feel my body so good– After I tried it my body felt so good.

My yoga teacher told me I am a yoga genius. My teachers told me I was a natural. Having natural ability. Born with it.

At that moment I didn’t agree with them.

I like yoga maybe I should go to yoga teacher training.

Some people are flexible and some people are stiff.

I learn a little bit about my students’ before class starts.

The first 20 minutes is a warm-up with easier poses that everyone can do. The next 20 minutes I make it a little more difficult. The last part of class I use for  cool down and relaxation.
