Nominee (n): 1- a person who is nominated as a candidate for election or for an honor or award.
E.g.: Donald Trump is the 2016 Republican nominee.

Questionable (adj): 1- not likely to be true or correct : giving reason to doubt or question something.
E.g.: Trump’s qualifications are quite questionable for a nominee.

Lawsuit (n): 1- a process by which a court of law makes a decision to end a disagreement between people or organizations.
E.g.: He’s been sued in countless lawsuits by people who worked with him.

Court (n): 1- a formal legal meeting in which evidence about crimes, disagreements, etc., is presented to a judge and often a jury so that decisions can be made according to the law. 2- a place where legal cases are heard.
E.g.: She will take the matter to court

Ally (n): 1- a state formally cooperating with another for a military or other purpose.
E.g.: North Korea has become the most isolated country in the world and no longer has any allies.
