Speaking exercise
Who is your best friend?
Jeff is my best friend.
He looks like me. His hair is black like my jacket and my sweater. We are both almost as tall as the door handle. Jeff and I are both skinny like a pen.
His hobbies are the same as mine. We both like to ride our scooters which we named Party. His scooter is yellow and my scooter is red. We both like to play football on the playground.
He helps me a lot and I help him a lot too. We get chairs for each other.
He speaks the same languages as me. His favorite language is Spanish and mine is too.
I am very happy when I see him at school on Mondays and Fridays and sometimes on Wednesdays.
Grammar
Proper nouns are specific names of people, places, and things.
eg. William and Kate are people.
eg. Shanghai is a city in China.
eg. Juno is Celeste’s dog.
