F2F Class Notes 22nd April (Daniel)

I started meditation last week, and I am very excited to start the journey of meditation. Meditation is very beneficial to us. First of all, it makes me feel clam and inner peace. Second, it strengthens my ability to handle stress. Third, it helps me to me more focused. Forth, I can learn to control my emotion better. At last, it inspires my creativity. Anyway, I love meditation and I will keep practicing. When my son gets older, I will teach him meditation.
