in afternoon = In the afternoon

I get lot of email in afternoon= I get a lot of emails in the afternoon, because of the time difference.

I think finish this lunch time= I think by the time ive finished its usually lunch time

you work non-stop = always working

eg I work non-stop everyday

i have to go office 9= I have to be at the office by 9 

and will off duty= And will be off duty at 6

usually i choose class begin at 6:40= Usually ill choose a class that begins at 6:40

i will go back to home= Ill go back home 

mutual decision= together/ joint decision

eg we made a mutual decision to see other people

there are plenty of fish in the sea= there are a lot of other people to choose from

my new boss think= My new boss thinks 

he should very care= he should be very caring

he should have his career= he should have career goals and aspirations 

aspirations= things you want to achieve
