I bought many small storybooks for Olivia, for example, How to Communicate With Other Children and Sharing With Others. I think these stories are useful for her because you know, nowadays most Chinese families/couples only have one baby/child/kid and she doesn’t know how to share her toys with others and she thinks all beautiful things are hers. So, I bought some storybooks for her and read them everyday to show her we should share with other people because when we go out other people will not focus or take care of just her. I think it is important to share because she will need to cooperate with others well when she grows up.

I bought many short stories for Olivia, for example, How to Communicate With Other Children and Sharing With Others. She is sometimes selfish. I think these stories are helpful/beneficial for her because (you know) nowadays most Chinese families/couples only have one baby/child/kid.  So, she doesn’t know how to share her toys with others and she thinks everything she sees is hers. So, I bought some picture books with few words for her and read them everyday to show/teach her we should share with other people because when we go out other people will not pay attention to just her. I think it is important to share because she will need to cooperate with others well when she grows up.

eg. Moms are selfless because they give everything they have to their family. Children are sometimes selfish because they want everything for themselves.

eg. She is selfish.

Why do you think it is important to share?

To cooperate with others well when she grows up.
