Improvement (n): 1- an example of improving or being improved

E.g.: The improvement in Carol’s level of English has been very impressive.

To improve (v): 1- to make or become better. 2- achieve or produce something better than.

E.g.: We are going to keep working and to improve Carol’s English level even more.

Supportive (adj): someone that provides encouragement or emotional help.

E.g.: The staff are extremely supportive of each other”

Atitude (n): 1- a settled way of thinking or feeling about something.

E.g.: My coworker’s attitude towards the new company hasn’t been very good.

Compensation (n): something, typically money, awarded to someone in recognition of loss, suffering, or injury.

E.g.: The workers will receive compensation for injuries suffered at work.
