License (n): 1- an official document, card, etc., that gives you permission to do, use, or have something.
E.g.: In order to be an accountant in China, you need to pass a test and get a license.
Qualified (adj): 1- having the necessary skill, experience, or knowledge to do a particular job or activity : having the qualifications to do something.
E.g.: He seems to be qualified to the job.
Qualification (n): 1- a special skill or type of experience or knowledge that makes someone suitable to do a particular job or activity.
E.g.: He seems to have all the qualifications for the job.
Flexible (adj): 1- capable of bending easily without breaking. 2- willing to change or to try different things.
E.g.: It is made of a material that is both strong and flexible.
