painful – adj
eg. it is painful when I move my thumb
hurt – adj / v
eg. my thumb is badly hurt / my thumb hurts
sore – adj
eg. my thumb is sore
dull pain (burning pain / ache) < > sharp pain (stabbing pain / throbbing pain)
ache – constant dull pain
eg. my foot aches in the morning when I get out of bed
throbbing – pain that comes strongly and feels like it’s following your heart beat
stabbing – pain that feels like a knife and is very localised

I had a trip to South Korea with my colleagues which was a benefit of my company. We were there for 4 days for having delicious food and enjoying the wonderful scenery and going for crazy shopping. An interesting phenomenon i found there was more than half of the population were Chinese who spoke both Chinese and Korean. They worked as clerks in stores that mostly face to Chinese tourists. Jeju island is one of the most cleanest places I’ve ever been to and the environment is very suitable for living but for travelling I do prefer to go to a place which is much different from where I live.
