Storytelling:

We are classmates, actually desk mates when we are in middle school.  But we didn’t start at that time, until we went to University.  I was 19 that year and we met each other on a new year party.  We hadn’t seen each other for a couple of years and we had a great conversation and after that party he asked me out.  I don’t think if I can call it a date, but we just went to a park and walked around and had a simple dinner.  When we both went back to school he wrote me a letter, you know at that time we still wrote letters by hand and he asked me if I want to be his girlfriend and I said “I accept.”  Our universities were both in Shandong province, which is where my hometown is.  It’s one and a half hour by bus.  We were together for 7-8 years before we got married.  Sometimes I just think is it good to marry a man when I don’t have other choices.  I mean, he’s the first and only boyfriend.  Because I even didn’t have a chance to compare.  But honestly, I’m just a person when I already have something I…. I am a stable person.

Mostly we are happy and we have a son who is 18 month.  He was in Shanghai from April to June and then we send him back to my mothers house and I miss him very much.
