Eating chili peppers helps you live longer

There is good news for lovers of chili peppers – they can help you live longer. Researchers in the US found that capsaicin, an ingredient in red chili peppers, may boost the metabolism, strengthen the heart and help with blood pressure and obesity. People who regularly ate chili had a 13% lower risk of dying early. Researchers said hot red chili pepper was associated with reduced mortality and, “may be a beneficial component of the diet”.

Last Sunday, Michel and I went to the fabric market for a fur and leather jacket for him. I always think that he just has only one coat for the winter, so I want to buy a warm coat so he can switch off /trade off every other day. When I looked for the jacket, he told me that he doesn’t like fur with leather, but he’s okay with a leather coat for the spring. I couldn’t understand and asked “Why don’t you like fur coats?â€Â I said angrily, “I thought that they are warm for the winter.â€Â However, he was grumpy because he didn’t agree with me and I was loud. I saw he was very grumpy, so I let him decide. Finally, we bought a sheepskin coat which was his choice. After, I looked for a coat for myself, but I didn’t find my favorite when I took a look around the market. Michel said we already spent one hour there, he was tired and he wanted some water. I thought he was selfish because he only cared about his mood. In the end, I bought a fur coat for me made from rabbit fur. Then when we were at home, I could not bear his selfish attitude/selfishness and asked,†Why did you have a selfish attitude?â€Â Michel was grumpy and he just said he was tired, but I didn’t believe him. So I had an argument with him for a few hours.

Upgraded Vocabulary

Last Sunday, Michel and I went to the fabric market for a fur and leather jacket for him. I always think that he just has only one coat for the winter, so I want to buy a warm coat so he can switch off /trade off every other day. When I looked for the jacket, he told me that he doesn’t want a heavy coat but he’s okay with a light coat for the spring. I couldn’t understand and asked “Why don’t you like heavy coats?â€Â I said angrily, “I thought that they are warm for the winter.â€Â However, he was grumpy because he didn’t agree with me and I was loud. I saw he was very crabby/annoyed, so I let him pick/choose. Finally, we bought a sheepskin coat which was his choice/pick.
